QT Spa Nails was taken over in 2017 with the goal of turning it into the best nail salon in Yelm. Despite its great location next to a popular coffee shop, the salon was struggling with poor sanitary conditions and customer service that were driving clients away. However, within six months of taking over, the salon saw a drastic improvement in customer flow and a steady increase in clientele.

To achieve this, the salon underwent a complete remodel, which included new pedicure chairs and a complete redesign of the salon's interior. In the summer of 2017, the salon also expanded its staff from 4 to 10 employees to better serve its growing customer base.

As a result of these improvements, QT Spa Nails won the title of 'Best Nail Salon in Yelm' for 4 consecutive years. It quickly became a popular destination for locals and visitors alike, known for its relaxing atmosphere and great customer service.

As a way of giving back to the community, QT Spa Nails actively supports local school programs and makes donations to the Yelm Rotary Club. It's a perfect place for people to hang out and relax in Yelm, whether they're visiting family or getting together with friends.
